Currently, we are making appointments for the same day if possible! Most appointments are set within the hour we recieve them, and the inspections within 2 days currently! We are currently running between 1-3+- business days for most orders! Estimated turn around is 1-3+- business days after the date of inspection. Remember, delays caused by the borrowers to gain access are not included in our estimated turn around time! More complex appraisal reports can take longer.

Call for up to minute turn around time quotes. Turn times estimated can change quickly. With three full time appraisers operating from our Encinitas Office currently, we are able to handle significant volume. Rush orders can be accommodated and there may be an additonal fee. Don't forget we are FHA approved!!!!
