"With respect to the appraisals on the house, I did find that the appraisal by Craig Nordal to be the more thorough appraisal!"  ..."his comparables more accurately reflected the comparable properties in the neighborhood." ..."I thought his approach to investigating each property on the comparables, contacting the individual listing agents, provided a more accurate assessment of the valuation of this property."
